Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not provide refunds once an order has been placed, except in the limited circumstances described under “Damages and issues” and “European Union 14 day cooling off period” below or where otherwise required by law.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back for any reason may result in disqualification from any offers, discounts, or sweepstakes entries associated with that order (see official Sweepstakes Rules for full terms and conditions).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@vlostudios.xyz if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your claim and, if approved at our sole discretion, we may offer one of the following remedies:

• A replacement of the item (subject to availability), or

• A refund to your original method of payment.

In some cases, we may require that you return the defective or incorrect item before a replacement or refund is processed. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

In addition to our “no returns” policy, certain categories of items are never eligible for return or refund except where required by law, including but not limited to:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

• Custom or made-to-order products (such as special orders or personalized items)

• Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the process described in the “Damages and issues” section above.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, and local law grants you a “cooling off” right, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, you must contact us at info@vlostudios.xyz within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

If a refund is approved under the “Damages and issues” section or the “European Union 14 day cooling off period,” we will notify you by email. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at info@vlostudios.xyz.
